| Life is Rhythm - East African Dance Retreat and Jam in Sthlm Life is Rhythm goes to the countryside for an East African Dance retreat for the third time Aug 12-15 & in Sthlm we will dance in the park July 4 & 17! Summer is here and restrictions are loosening up allowing us to come together and dance! We felt the urge t shake, dance, play music, and generally enjoy each other´s company to the rhythms of East Africa, namely Moçambique, Tanzania, and Kenya but also to Afro house and Afro Beat from across the continent.
